It's okay to be a curious kid. Being curious about your health is a really good way to learn. Being aware is the best way to prevent being sick or injured. If you know what you should do, you can do your best to be as healthy as you can be.
What Does it Mean to be Healthy?
Being healthy is being free from disease or illness. We are healthy when we include healthy foods and diets and stay away from bad foods, drinks, or drugs. Although eating the rights foods improves your health, there is more to it. Exercising properly, being aware of your body, and treating yourself & others properly.
