How Often Should I Eat?
It is recommended for school-age children to eat three meals a day plus two healthy snacks. Thus meaning a pretty regular schedule should be made such as breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Spacing meals and snacks about 3 hours apart helps keep your stomach happy and healthy.
